M2 Lacrosse Club was established in the Fall of 2024 with a simple goal: to enhance Lacrosse skills and IQ of our Hoboken players. What started with a handful of determined players and dedicated coaches has grown into a grassroots program focused on skill development, character-building, and opportunity.

The name “M2” reflects our mission to motivate and mentor—to build confidence, discipline, and a love for the game in every athlete who steps on the field. While our roots are local, our vision is wide-reaching: to create a lasting pipeline for new talent and ensure every player feels seen, supported, and challenged.

From Fall Ball to Winter Indoor League, M2 players embody a team-first mindset, grounded confidence, and a deep commitment to growth—both as athletes and as leaders. As we grow, we remain committed to building a program where success is measured not just by wins, but by the impact we make in our athletes' lives—on and off the field.
